The Noda Terminal application and the Noda community are operated by Noda Terminal, Switzerland ("Noda", "we"). By installing the application or joining the community you agree to these terms.
Not investment advice
Noda is software for looking at markets. Nothing it shows, computes or generates — prices, indicators, screens, news, filings, model output, or anything written by an AI provider or another member of the community — is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Decisions you make with it are yours alone, and trading involves the risk of loss.
The application
You may install and use Noda Terminal on computers you control. You may not resell it, remove its notices, or use it to attack the providers it connects to. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Noda is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including trading losses, lost data, or the unavailability or inaccuracy of any provider.
Third-party providers
Market data, brokerage and AI features use accounts and keys you hold with third parties. Your use of each provider is governed by that provider's own terms, and it is your responsibility to hold the subscriptions and entitlements the data you request requires. Noda has no control over a provider's availability, pricing or accuracy, and may add or remove provider integrations at any time.
Brokerage
Where the application connects to a brokerage, orders are placed with that brokerage, under its terms, on your instruction. Noda does not hold your funds or securities and is not a broker, dealer or adviser. Confirm every order in your brokerage's own systems; the application's view of an order is a display, not the record.
The community
The community is a paid membership, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and payments are not refunded, in whole or in part. The price you join at is kept for as long as your subscription stays active. Prices for new members may change.
Members are expected to be civil. Do not post anything unlawful, anything you do not have the right to share, or anything intended to manipulate a market or another member. We may remove content and end a membership that breaks these rules, without refund. What you post remains yours; by posting it you allow it to be shown to other members.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date above says when they last changed; continued use after a change is acceptance of it. Material changes to the community terms will be announced to members by email.
Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes go to the courts at the operator's domicile in Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in.
